» Welcome
Welcome, to the Hamilton Hill Freeride Park web site.
Lincolnshire's premier venue for North Shore, Freeride and Downhill mountain bike trails.

Now is the time to use that student loan, remortgage your house, sell your car maybe even sell your granny and buy yourself a nice new mountain bike.
(Yeti,Kona, Iron Horse, Curtis, Intense, Canonndale, Santa Cruz, Brooklyn Machine Works, Specialized, Rotec and many more will all suffice).

The Hamilton Hill Freeride Park is brought to you by the Rasen Area Trailblazerz MTB Club, a group of local riders dedicated to bringing you the best in MTB trails.

Our aim is to bring North Shore, Downhill, 4X, and Dual Slalom courses to Lincolnshire. Yes, i said Lincolnshire.

We believe that we are the only fully sanctioned Freeride Park in the area and we have big plans.
We have trails to suit all riders whether you are a Downhill Racer, an XC rider or you prefer the shoulder bumping adrenaline rush of 4X and Dual Slalom, we will have it all.

The purpose of this website is to promote The Hamilton Hill Freeride Park and Rasen Area Trailblazerz Mtb Club, increasing our member list and hopefully attracting more sponsorship and grant money for our project.

So have a look around the site, check our photo gallery and join us.
Please take the time to read our >>Project Info<< page to get a full understanding of what we are doing.

2nd King of the Hill
Jun 30, 2008 - 7:03 PM - by mr fish
Although it it may have appeared to have poured down with rain the day before the race (is this the reason a lot of the locals stayed in bed?) the rain never really got through the tree canopy, just enough to keep the dust down while we finished building and testing the new rocky top section, although there were some doubts i think we can all agree we chose a good line for the race and that it worked really well......well done trailblazerz.
onto the racing, track conditions were near perfect as was the weather for a change, the juvaniles were the first catagory to go with ratz rider Rob cook taking the lead on the first run, closely followed by yorkshire lad Anthony Henry, and coming in a close third ratz rider James Baker, run 2 saw Henry better his time with Baker 2nd and Cook 3rd. on the final run we see Baker dig deep and pull a pretty damn quick time to take first with Cook unable to better his first run time coming in second and after a bad third run Henry takes third.[Read More]

"king Of The Hill"
Jul 01, 2007 - 4:20 PM - by mr fish
Without a doubt a historical day for mountain biking in Lincolnshire, its first Downhill race, the course may have been short but it was full of technical challenges and a true test of fitness and skill, despite the recent adverse weather conditions the course was in pretty good shape, apart from the very last section, the "Muddy swamp of doom" which was a bit unfortunate but out of our control.
Up for the title of "King of the Hill" were 30 competitors from around the region riding in 3 catagories youth 12-17 juniors18-30 seniors 30+ with 2 runs per rider best run counts, the top three from each cat going on to a 9 man eliminator with just one run each fastest time takes the win and the title.
the start of practice went quite well for most although soon after the light rain started it was apparent the "rooty" section wsa going to cause some issue's indeed most competitors taking a tumble trying to find a fast route through and with no let up... [Read More]
