Just in case anybody was wandering why I havent been up the Hill for a while its because I have had to take it easy,due to fracturing my humerus and not knowing until I went to the doc's,who then sent me for an Xray and the rest is history:D :cool:

I did it doing a 360 superman,no hander seat grad with a turn down whip on a 70ft gap ;) hahaha

Get well soon mate. Hope it mends faster than my collar bone. I went to hospital last week expecting it to be my last visit as my shoulder feels pretty much back to normal only to be told that the bone hasn't knitted at all, is still technically broken and to go back in six weeks and take it easy in the meantime. :\ We'll see which one of us is back up the hill first.

Im back at work tomoro the arm is about 80% healed and getting better by the day its all goooooooooooood :)
