Our member secretary is busy putting all your memberships in order. This has highlighted quite a few regular riders who have not "paid up" for quite some time.
Dont want to get too harsh on this but come on... we need your cash to further develop our trails, simple as that  I am told that when all the members are sorted an email will be sent as a reminder..

I'm sure most of you know who you are so dont wait for the email.. pay up.

Then watch the duel track grow ;)

I vote name and shame if it comes to an email :o

Also, if you are a paid member and your user name on here is not green, pm me and you can have member status :filthy:

Peace:filthy:

How about posting the names up of the people who havent payed up? I know mine is due soonish, but I dont know when. If there was a list of people who havent payed, it would be easy to remember when to get the cash in. I dont see there being much shame in simply being told your membership is out of date?

I am always willing to pay, dont mind at all, just a little unfair that some do, some dont.
How about a certain colour sticker for your helmet/bike as a paid up rider, 1 for each month or the name of the month on so you can see who owes and who doesn't?
What about an incentive? like cheaper race entry or merchandise cheaper? just ideas, like I said let me know when I owe and I will pay it, just ideas :O)

No shame in that at all... but for those who know they expired, some years ago, yet still riding, as fragys says above, some just dont want to pay.

Thought about a similar thing but thought different colours would get way too complicated. Mrs Moore is now on the case so things should get a bit more organised (no offence meant to those who have previousley done this).
Thinking membership cards is the way to go, and all members are being added to a database so will be easier to keep track.
As for incentive.. well there are some bike parks that are no better than ours charging £25+ a year membership and £5 per half day riding. Our membership prices havent gone up since we started up 6 years ago, look how the trails have developed. I dont really think an incentive as such is necessary.

What really gets me is the people who come most weeks but have never paid, always having an excuse as to why they havent paid.
Like i said before, membership money helps the trails grow. Without it there is no further development. Not only are you ripping off the paid members but also yourselves.
