Old rider.

Hi all, i recently came across you guys whilst searching for somewhere closer to home for riding. i got my first mtb when i was 16 years old, some 21 years ago now. please dont think that i am any good, i do it just for fun. after owning a fair few bikes i have just got meself a kona coilair. i have never ridden the sort of stuff you guys have built yourself down there but i am keen to give it a go. i live in goxhill and as you all will probably know finding somewhere decent to ride involves a lot of traveling. anyways, i am keen to come down there and have a look round with the intention of joining up. what days are best for me to do this?

Sats and Suns are usally the best days to hook up with some of the guys,but at this time of the year and weather being what it is who knows, and at 37yrs old your one of the younger members :-)

Are you planning on coming to the next race? Scheduled for sometime in March I believe. £14 entry inc BBQ and raffle ticket. Great fun and good atmosphere if you want a go?

alright fella, a young 35 here, great bunch up at the hill, the races are a laugh and there's nothing too scary up there (maybe the green wallrides in winter??!!)
