i dont know if anyone has heard of this concept before but it sounds like a good idea.......
i was reading an article on whistler bike park and the trailbuilders use a squirrel catcher at or near the top of each run. confused?
well the squirrel catcher is the largest/most difficult obstacle on that run. the idea is that if you cant mangage that then stay clear, if you can, then nothing should surprise u on the way down.
i know its slightly different on a 3000ft vertical descent but i just thought it was a cool idea and at the very least a cool name for a TTF.:filthy:
