Hello to all,
Im Simon and I'm from Gainsborough, I've been into biking now for about four years started with mainly xc and single track but I used to live right near wharncliff so I quickly got a taste for the steeper stuff, unfortunately I still don't have a freeride bike yet (missus insisted I get her a bike first) hopefully gonna get one in about a months time second hander looking to pay about 600 if you know anyone!!
I go to all the trail centres regularly Dalby and coed y brennin being my favorites, not been up to scottland yet but will be doing soon. After a trip to chicksands this year I really got a taste for freeriding and now Ive got a local mate into riding too weve been really trying to learn as much as we can as quick as we can, all be it on hard tail xc bikes.
I ride a GT aggressor xcr which I had to get as an insurance replacement after my avalanche pro got knicked, but to be fair its done me proud, I regularly hammer it and its never let me down, well apart from the shitty hayes nine brakes.
Well thats about it hope to meet some of you up there soon, already met fish and a couple of others, seem like a laid back bunch, so hopefully I can start to learn from some more experienced riders and up my game a bit.
