im going to go scout the wolds tomorrow for random things.

drops, steep slopes ect. anyone know of anyehere where theres sme xc/freeride to be had? i like a good all day ride so long as theres some extremo in there:filthy:

you should find some good xc but i think you allready found the "extreme" stuff around here.

you could try an offroad ride to croxby, (i think its about 10miles from rasen, towards grimsby). theres some short/steep descents there, 1 not too bad dh run and a couple of unfinished runs (cough)

near Claxby there is a landrover course, with super steep but short chutes and a bridleway running straight down the middle, the linking road between tealby and walesby has some really good decents some rocky, but you have a job finding them as they are off track from the bridlways and some a closely guarded secret by land owners, but hay ho aslong as your fast through them and everything, i will take you to some when i gat back, due to xc i know that bit of wolds like the back of my hand. have fun!!

knew bout the claxby landrover track been there many a time with u silly lol! thanks for the tip off about croxby simon.

me and bowen found some good downhill action before we were forced (by our lack of fitness, the weather and the butt muncher bug [do not ask!]) to retreat to mine for fried egg muffins.

o, i hadnt noticed that u sed offroad ride to croxby. ill have to find an ordinance survey map!

claxby landrover track: tick

it wasnt as good as it used to be, doesnt look like its been used in a long time, quite overgrown ect.

but it was fun all the same some steep slopes to be had. and bumpy, very bumpy.
