Word is the FC are to invest £400k on a trails network around Dalby Forest, to all be complete by 2007 :)

Fingers crossed that they spend some time and money on new and improved downhill courses as well as the xc trails.
A fairly extensive trails network is allready in place around Dalby with a couple of downhills already in place but i cant seem to find any information on the Dalby Downhill, it was almost complete on my last visit so may well be complete now. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Anyway, this investment by the FC should hopefully put Dalby on the map again... and its only 1.5 hours away:D

they have uplifts on that weekend?
dont know as you really need uplifts there, unless they changed the course..
when i raced there (long time ago) we took a couple of uplifts, but decided it was just as easy to walk.....

I'll try to get the wee Nottingham section up for Caersws. Coiuld do with a bit of riding though - I've hardly touched the big-hit for months apart from Ae.

it will be even harder to find time to ride once your trying to hold down two jobs :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t:

on the subject of Dalby,i don't see why we can't have something as good if not better up at hamhill,it just takes the right plan to get the funds etc etc. ;)
