View Full Version : Top Gear
I just saw the ad and found some information on the net about the Top Gear feature next week in which Gee Atherton races James May aka Mr Slow through Lisbon. Definetly got to watch Bike thrash Car.
AWESOME!!! love when they do thingslike that!
Wow. Theres achually something sort of to do with biking on TV with a top rider!
Gonna have to watch that though !
yes 4th of december, i am not going to say who wins :fu: but words from Gee is that the camaras strapped to his bike and helmet made fantastic footage and hes looking foward to appearing on the show :thumb:
Finaly some decent BBC. I was gonna post his exact same thread. It will be ace!!!!
awsome makes tv so much more intresting
Not bad could of giving the Gee more coverage n stuff
to be honest i was expecting a lot more, yes, some of the shots were pretty cool but it lasted about 5 minutes, in the past they raced a car against rock climbers which lasted about 15minutes and had an interview with them on the show afterwards. Well, shouldnt grumble really
'how many gears has it got'
'nine'
'mines got 21' :bang:
'a boy on a bike' :ffu:
i bet that boy on a bike is making more than you :fu:
and has a talent

now then lets not get bitter and twisted, the rock climbers got the same time it was just slow to watch.
some of the camera shots of Gee were excellent and really made it feel #uckin quick,a good bit of tv well done top gear i say as for gee's wages versus clarkson mmmmm clarkson i think at the mo :fu:
OK i'll calm down :p
it was good no the less, just a bit short and sweet, an interview in the studio would have been nice. i liked the look of Gees reign with the pikes 'n' downhill kit.

less car more bike, but as its a car program.. expected.
I had people asking me who's Jez Anderson at school today. lol. Gives MTBing alot more coverage considering 250 million people watch the show worldwide. The clips of Gee were sweet although there weren't many of them. An interview or bit more of an introduction for Gee would of made the feature alot better.
it was good, i liked the bit were Gee jumps over the car! that was an awsome shoot of Gee. But they could off shown i little bit more of Gee because when the climbers were on they showed more off the climbers than the car!
