Just a quick bit of footage from this morning. My mate's front brakes seized up so it's just me and my bike.

First is a straight run down, then the new start finishing on the skinny.

Conditions were great, just a bit of wet mud in the berm before the see-saw (you can see me swerve to avoid it)

Old link removed - please see link further down this page...

There is always water in that one, should be good in the summer when its dry; get a bit more speed and a proper line on the see-saw ;) The vid is awsome it gives a totally different perspective on it all.

Cheers, glad you like it...

Yeah, because I slewed around the water, I lost speed for the see-saw.

Did have a much better run but the leads between the helmet-cam and camcorder have got a loose connection so it wasn't usable. We'll hopefully be back soon when my mate has sorted his bike out and I'll get some better stuff recorded then :)

I recon that berm maybe needs a bit more dirt on top but the line off the ditch drop into it is awesome! That video is really good! Is it a real helmet cam or is it a camera strapped to your lid because it is really good quality!?

What's everyone using to play this. My computer refuse's to play MOV files, I've downloaded quicktime and it still wont play it. I'm sure if some of the cack was raked out of that berm it would drain abit. Last time i was down there it was full of leaves which stopped the water from draining away.

I used quick time and it played fine! Can't help you any more than that mate

It's a helmet cam, with the camcorder in a camelback. quality is good coz it's a big file-size for the length of film. I've got some nice compression tools to keep the quality as high as poss ;)

Ok, I've redone the video - quality is now much better and the name of each stunt comes up as it's being ridden. Is a handy companion to this topic:

Bigger file, 67mb.

Spot the speeling mistake at the end ;)

You should get sent to rapidsharing.com and it'll then count down from 25 seconds. Once that's done you can save the file to your hard disk, then you can use Quicktime to open it there.

Other people have downloaded it ok, so it should work...
