Does anyone know when wheel base in Sheffield opens up again, because doesn't close for the winter.

When it opens, does anyone fancy going some time?:D

Yeah it a great place, pleant of taxing stuff to do! Real good fun, when it opens there is usually a thing on descent world or gravity slaves like a thread sorta thing! Keep your eye out

Ok, from what i gather SDS where looking at other locations for the dream, they decided to stick with the old SIMX venue. They have the keys and work has begun, so far the first straight speed bump is gone, with the first double made a bit longer and higher, the rest of the track is set to change too.... i get the impression that bigger is better this time round....
Should be open sometime soon..... they are currently looking for volunteers to help with track mods...

its an indoor BMX/ MTB track (dirt) near sheffield!! need a HT really tho mate!! X-pinks bike would be sorted for it tho!!

Nice one rick, cheers!! It is as Hatchleader said and it is best on a Hardtail although it aint too bad on a dual sus, if you go there without going to visit other BMX tracks such as wincobank before then it should be fine( we vistted wincobank before we went last time and i was knackered ;))

Well woth a visit, i think i'll be up to that in about 3weeks time although i aint gonna push it!
