BC Licences?

Right, reeding up on the rules for the nationals in 2007 and it looks like they have completely got rid of the open category, so this messes it all up for me as i was planning on doing a few this ear and i think ben was too. I looked on the BC website but i couldn't work out which licence i needed, there were too many different types!!! Could someone help me please

any that have the provisional race licence, all of them do ;)
It looks like its £12.50 to join as a Bronze member or free Bronze membership to affiliated clubs.
